Distribute snapshots holders + transfers the holders' share via DividendDistributor. NFT metadata regenerates and pins to IPFS. Sync synthetic whitelists adds this vault to each sNVDA/sSPY/sAAPL/sTSLA/sMSFT allow-list (only useful for agents registered before the auto-wire fix — new ones don't need it). Slash transitions the agent to Slashed phase + cascades wind-down.
Fast-forward an incubating agent to a state that passes all six qualification criteria. Runs 12 cycles of +2d → rebalance, tops the clock past 32d, then probes /qualify. Use the Phase 2 qualification card above to advance to PublicLaunch once this finishes.
